What is AI Week Barcelona?
From 16 to 23 September 2026, AI Week Barcelona brings together local people, technology communities, research and the professional world. The initiative is organised by AI Summit Alliance, with the support of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
Find an activity that fits your interests
The week connects people exploring AI with founders, researchers and professionals already using it. Formats include hands-on workshops, demonstrations and community conversations. Experience requirements vary: use the activity description and level information to choose, then check its registration conditions.
One week, independent activities and a flagship Summit
AI Summit Barcelona is the flagship gathering of the week. Community activities have their own organisers and admission conditions; a Summit ticket does not automatically grant access to every activity.
AI Summit Barcelona takes place on 22 and 23 September 2026 at World Trade Center Barcelona. Its two programme entries represent the two days of the same Summit. Use the official ticket page for pass details and the Week programme for activities across the city.
Who organises the week?
AI Summit Alliance is the organiser of the initiative. Its legal entity is AI SUMMIT ALLIANCE, S.L. Community hosts organise their own activities and handle admission, capacity and practical arrangements. Where the programme information comes from
The programme brings together activities published in the AI Summit Barcelona calendar for 16–23 September, alongside the two Summit days. The broader community calendar can include surrounding dates. Event pages link to the organiser’s source; additional practical information shows a review date when checked. A saved-programme notice appears if the latest calendar cannot be retrieved. Recheck the organiser’s page for changes before travelling.
Propose an activity or report a correction
Hosts can submit an activity for the team to review. To report a correction, send the event page link, the detail that needs changing and an updated organiser source. A proposal or an application to attend does not itself confirm publication or a place.
