Hosting a meetup, workshop, demonstration or conversation about AI? Submit your proposal for the team to review for the programme.

The proposal form is on the AI Summit Barcelona website. Activity registrations are handled on organisers’ pages, with their own conditions and available languages.

Prepare your activity proposal

1. Prepare the activity name, description, intended audience, language, dates, venue and admission conditions.
2. Submit through the existing AI Summit Barcelona proposal form. The team reviews activities before publication.
3. Include the registration link and a contact who can confirm changes. To correct a published listing, send its URL and the updated information to the Week team.
