AI Week Barcelona 2026
AI Week Barcelona FAQ | Dates, Events & Registration
What is AI Week Barcelona?
It is a week of artificial intelligence activities open to the public and professionals: workshops, conversations, meetups and experiences across Barcelona.
When is AI Week Barcelona 2026?
16–23 September 2026, inclusive. Programme times use Barcelona’s local timezone.
Do I need AI experience to attend?
The week welcomes the general public and professionals. Each activity has its own audience and requirements; check its description before registering.
Are the events free?
Admission depends on the activity. Check pricing and registration on the organiser’s page. You do not need a Summit ticket to browse the programme or register for independent activities.
How is it related to AI Summit Barcelona?
AI Summit Barcelona is the flagship gathering on 22 and 23 September at World Trade Center Barcelona. Its ticket does not automatically grant access to every AI Week activity.
What languages are events held in?
This website is in Catalan, Spanish and English. Each activity’s language depends on its organiser; check the registration page.
How can I propose an activity?
Submit your proposal through the Get involved page. The team reviews activities before adding them to the programme.
How do I register?
Open the activity in the programme and follow “Details and registration” to the organiser’s page. Register for each activity separately and check its admission conditions.
What does “Approval required” mean?
Submitting a registration does not confirm your place. Wait for the organiser’s acceptance before making plans that depend on attendance.
What if an activity is full or registration has closed?
Check the organiser’s page for a waiting list or updates, then browse other activities. Registration closing does not mean that the event is cancelled.
Where do activities take place?
Activities take place at different venues. Open the event page for the published address. Some organisers disclose the exact location only to registered guests.
How can I check accessibility?
Ask the activity organiser about step-free entry, seating or other arrangements you need. Missing accessibility information does not establish whether a venue is accessible.
Can I attend several activities?
Yes, subject to each activity’s registration and availability. Compare start and end times, and leave time to travel between venues.
What if the programme changes?
Recheck the organiser’s registration page before travelling. If you notice incorrect information on this website, contact the Week team with the event name and link.
